OMG is a mental calisthenics to activate brain’s cognition regions. It integrates visual perception, arithmetic, reasoning, and finger movement in origami art. To provide public with preventive strategy, the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine released a report on June 22, 2017. Studies found cognitive trainings such as KenKen, Crossword, and Sudoku puzzles consistently make difference.
