Inspired by humpback’s vocalization, artist BiJian Fan created a life size singing whale in paper scroll. Cutout music notes and symbols outline the whale and underscore his singing aptitude. It is installed at the Hall of Administration, Ventura County Government Center, and highlighted by the building’s skylight. A closeup video can be viewed at http://youtu.be/44cmb1wTvXM.
