A workshop on cognitive training for adults above 50 will be offered by Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, CSU Channel Islands. The 4-week class (#1012) on Zoom will be held 10am-12pm on Fridays, Nov. 16 - Dec. 19, 2020. Cognitive training is shown to produce long lasting (5-10 years) improvement in memory, reasoning, and speed of processing. Enrollment is open to the public.
