The conference is organized by Gold Coast Science Network and co-sponsored by Ventura County Office of Education, Oxnard College and California Science Teachers Association. OMG is a STEAM curriculum developed for integrating origami art and math in K-12 education. Teaching math through origami art has significant effect on math achievement. OMG workshops have been provided to teachers throughout Southern California to improve math education.
