The 5-day summer institute for teachers was hosted by CSU Channel Islands in conjunction with University Preparation Charter School, June 27 - July 1, 2016 in Camarillo, California. BiJian opened the STEMposium with a keynote speech on OMG and highlighted its relevance to Common Core Math Standard. He also worked with the teachers to incorporate OMG into their classroom teaching.
